Utilize Tires Plus AT YOUR OWN RISK! Less than 200 miles ago got service done at TP including an oil change. Then experienced a pretty major oil leak requiring replacement of the Oil Pan Gasket.($500) Was also informed of an undiagnosed coolant leak at an alternate shop. There's no way to really know if TP caused this, but the timing is definitely suspect. (Hence 2 stars instead of 1). Definitely worth it to spend more on an oil change elsewhere to not have to spend another $500 fixing an issue that TP might have contributed to. TP seems to recommend extra services such as Fuel System Cleaning, while missing important details elsewhere on the vehicle.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this Tires Plus. Robert and Bryan took great care of me. Just drove in from out of town with a flat tire. They had great communication before arrived at the store, took my vehicle right back and had my vehicle up and running in less than an hour. I would recommend this place without reservation! Thank you!!!!

My experience was fantastic! I made an appointment and decided to wait at the shop while my service was being completed. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I brought my baby with me, and I never felt out of place or uncomfortable. The team was very accommodating and treated both of us with kindness. They even honored a coupon I brought by price matching it, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Great customer service, a welcoming environment, and a team that truly goes the extra mile. I’m looking forward to coming back!

Ryan and took great care of me. Came in thinking I needed one thing and Ryan took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. It’s hard to find people who are honest and actually care about helping customers, but that’s exactly the experience I had here. The service was quick, everyone was friendly, an I got back on the road with no issues. Ryan does a great job and his experience definitely shows. If you need tires or any car work done, I’d recommend stopping by and asking for Ryan.

The guys at Tires Plus (Coral Springs) are always willing to help. It’s great to have a local shop that actually cares about the customer, whether it be for tires, battery, or just a quick stop for air. Highly recommend!

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this mechanic based on my personal experience. If I could, I would’ve given this place negative star. Each time I visit, I leave feeling overcharged and unsure about the actual work being done. I was told my boots and joints were broken and leaking, but I later got a second opinion from other mechanics who confirmed they are actually fine and not leaking. That raised serious concerns about the accuracy of the diagnosis. The pricing also felt excessive and inconsistent. For example, I was charged around $100 for a fuel cleaner that only costs a few dollars, and about $140 for a light bulb replacement that took just a few minutes. I’ve also noticed that cars are sometimes left on the lift for extended periods without clear visible work being done, which made the process feel less transparent from my perspective. Overall, my experience has not been positive, and I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs here.

Excellent experience at Tire Plus. The entire team was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I arrived. You can really tell they work well together and genuinely care about helping customers. I want to give a special shoutout to Lenny, who provided exceptional service—very attentive, clear in explaining the options, and always positive. Thanks to him and the whole team for making the process quick and stress-free.

I had a flat tire and stopped by Tires Plus in Coral Springs. (Wiles Rd & Coral Spings Dr.) Jeff was extremely helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. The team had my tire fixed in no time, and I was back on the road faster than I expected. Great service and excellent customer care—thank you Jeff!
